On Sunday, May 4th, at 2:30 pm, a group of Pueblo nature lovers went for an afternoon bird walk around the Nature & Wildlife Discovery Center River Campus.
Over the last couple of months, we’ve enjoyed the return of the Ospreys, Turkey Vultures, and Red-winged Black Birds.
On the spring day an the April 26, 2025, AVAS Bird Walk, 13 participants observed a total of 24 bird species.
