As our Senior Manager of Operations and Administrative functions, Michelle brings over 20 years of experience in streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and enhancing organizational efficiency. A results-driven leader, she has a proven track record in operational strategy, office administration, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Michelle is especially skilled at designing and implementing scalable systems that support sustainable business growth and improve day-to-day productivity. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Cabrini University in Radnor, Pennsylvania. Before joining NWDC, Michelle served as a Business Operations Manager for an excavation and forestry company in Montana, where she led critical operational initiatives and team development efforts. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her black lab, Ridley, exploring her passion for voice-over work, and connecting with friends.
